Hatty, founder of The Real Menopause Method & Real Menopause Talk the podcast, and Gizelle, founder of I AM BEING have teamed up to deliver the ulitmate night for a 2 hour restorative wellbeing workshop where we focus on the peri to post menopause phase together.
