Vinyasa Yoga with Intention
This style of yoga is a flow of movement where we focus each asana with the breath to deepen, strengthen and lengthen our postures. Creating flows of movement that liberate and celebrate the body and it’s incredible potential. We then end with a soothing and relaxing sound bath to restore and set you up for the rest of the week!
Join us every Wednesday at 1.30pm for an in-person gathering at Seven Lion Yard in South West London (Clapham), where you can move that body and explore your range of movement. This award-winning studio is nestled within a luxurious gated courtyard and we provide all that you need to unwind and practice your flow.
Our studio is a stunning, private, peaceful and fully equipped space where we provide everything for you but you are most welcome to bring your own mat if your prefer. All levels welcome.
