Reiki treats you, the entire being, including the body, emotions, mind and spirit. It creates many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of release, peace, safety and wellbeing. We offer reiki healing exclusively through private sessions to focus on you and your energy.

We get that life is busy, layered and complex. This class is designed for you to take a quick lunch break from life to focus on you and your needs. Your time. When you prioritise your mental wellbeing and inner calm, you gain clarity and conquer more.
Thursday Bestie Night
Grab your bestie and enjoy a night of indulgent wellness together as the week draws to a close and you wind down for the weekend! Our Thursday Night With Your Bestie workshop is for those that want to immerse themselves in self care, rejuvenation, and something a bit different than the ordinary Thursday night out.


Pamper Your Wellbeing
A safe space for self care and empowerment for like-minded individuals. Using our core practices, we pamper you in sheer wellness so that you can thrive in the outside world.
Women's Circle
A safe and trusted space to feel seen, safe, heard, held and witnessed. Join us in creating a space of divine feminine energy and empowerment through connecting with each other and ourselves. Releasing what is locked up inside and instilling faith in our own journey ahead.


Men's Circle
A time to focus on you, away from your responsibilities of life and the ripples of thoughts that come with that. Join us in a nurturing and supportive brotherly space that allows you to explore your thoughts, relax, rejuvenate and find your breath.
Parent & Child Workshop
A special workshop focused on strengthening the bond between parents and children in a relaxed space of kindness and love.
