Keith's cacao ceremonies in London

Who is this course for?

This training is for the ones who feel the quiet pull of cacao.

For those who know there is something more than just a warm cup; something ancient, intelligent, heart-opening.

This course teaches you how to work with high-quality ceremonial cacao in a way that honours its emotional, physical and spiritual depth. You’ll learn the difference between true ceremonial cacao and processed chocolate, explore cacao’s rich lineage, understand its health benefits, and most importantly, how to hold it with integrity in ceremony.

It is for beginners who are just beginning their relationship with cacao.
It is for those already working in healing spaces who feel called to go deeper.

If you are a Reiki practitioner, yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, therapist, coach, creative, space-holder or simply someone who loves cacao and wants to understand its true authentic power; this is for you.

This training is not about performance. It is about presence.

It is about learning how to hold cacao with reverence, how to hold people with safety, and how to hold yourself with honesty.

If you feel the whisper… you are ready.

This module is about grounding and surrendering. Before you serve others, you meet cacao yourself and together. We begin to balance.

Now we move into space-holding.

You will learn:

  • What it truly means to hold space (and what it does not mean)
  • Nervous system awareness and emotional safety
  • Creating safe, contained ceremonial environments for you and others
  • Consent, boundaries and energetic responsibility
  • Structuring a ceremony with profound clarity and intention
  • Cacao Ceremony

This month builds your confidence not through performance, but through presence.

Now we weave it all together.

You will explore:

  • Designing ceremonies for friends, family or clients

The Graduation

12th September / 7 Lion Yard / 1-6pm Graduation

After three months of learning, unlearning, softening and strengthening, you will step forward not just as a student, but as a facilitator.

Your “test” will be lived, not written.

You will:

  • Design and facilitate a ceremonial cacao experience together
  • Hold space for the group with clarity and integrity
  • Demonstrate your understanding of safety, containment and nervous system awareness
  • Share your unique voice and approach

This is not about perfection. It is about presence. You will be witnessed as you hold cacao and hold people and that witnessing matters.
