Menopause Phase & Wellbeing Deep Dive Afternoon

Go one step deeper and join us for an all-encompassing pampering afternoon where we spend four glorious hours together looking at everything from what to expect, whats happening and why and way to help you thrive in the peri to post menopause phase together.
Join us for an informative and interactive session where we will discuss strategies to navigate the menopause transition with knowledge and confidence including strategies to balance hormones safely. Learn about the physical and emotional changes that occur during this time and explore ways to prioritise your wellbeing.
Mother’s Day Parent & Child Wellbeing Workshops

International Women's Day Charity Celebration
