Heart Opening
Cacao is a natural vasodilator that gently opens the heart centre, releasing emotional tension and inviting a sense of clarity, warmth and expansiveness.
Deep Calm
The combination of cacao, breathwork and sound guides the nervous system into a deeply restorative parasympathetic state a true reset for the body and mind.
Connection
Sharing a ceremonial space with others creates a sense of trust and belonging that is increasingly rare in modern life. Many people leave with lasting friendships.
