The Experience

A Slower Start

Warm ceremonial cacao is shared at the beginning of each guided session, offering a moment to pause, settle in and arrive fully.

Time to Unwind

Breathwork and sound are gently woven through the session, creating a calm setting with space to slow down, switch off and enjoy the moment.

Shared Connection

Experiencing the session alongside others offers an opportunity to connect in a warm, welcoming space. Groups are kept small so the experience feels personal and relaxed.

Common questions

Our cacao ceremonies are held in South West London, currently in Clapham at 7 Lions Yard and at Tooting Bec Lido. We also host larger ceremonies and special events in unique locations throughout the year. The venue will always be clearly stated on the event listing and in your booking confirmation.

Ceremonial cacao is made from pure, minimally processed cacao and is very different from commercial chocolate. It contains no added sugar and retains its naturally occurring compounds, including theobromine and anandamide.

Ceremonial cacao may not be suitable for everyone. Anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, has a heart condition, is sensitive to caffeine or takes prescription medication should speak to a doctor or pharmacist before taking part and let us know before booking. Please do not stop or change any prescribed medication. Where appropriate, we can discuss a reduced serving or an alternative without cacao.

Wear comfortable, layered clothing ceremonies involve lying down and your temperature may shift throughout. Bring a journal if you like to write. Everything else mats, blankets, cushions is provided.

Not at all. Each session is designed to feel welcoming and accessible, whether it is your first cacao ceremony or you have attended many before. Everything will be explained and you can take part at your own pace.

Each session lasts approximately one to three hours. This includes time to arrive and settle in, the cacao session itself and a calm closing conversation.
