why it works

Physical Strength

A consistent vinyasa practice builds functional strength, improves posture and develops the kind of body awareness that carries quietly into everyday life.

Mental Clarity

Following breath and movement closely gives the mind one thing to focus on, which many people find a welcome break from circling thoughts.

Deep Restoration

Each class closes with a sound bath, giving you time to lie down and fully rest before stepping back into everything else.
