Who Is Running the Draw

How to Enter

Join the I AM BEING newsletter during the entry period using the sign-up window on this website. One entry per person, per monthly draw.

No purchase is necessary. You do not have to buy anything to enter or to win, and buying something does not improve your chance of winning. If you would rather enter without subscribing, email hello@iambeing.co.uk with the subject "Prize Draw" during the entry period, giving your name and email address. Postal and email entries are treated exactly the same as sign-ups.

Who Can Enter

Entrants must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. The promoter, her immediate family and anyone professionally connected with the draw cannot enter.

If you already subscribe to the newsletter, you are welcome to email an entry as described above.

Entry Period

Each draw runs for one calendar month. Entries open at 00:00 on the first day of the month and close at 23:59 on the last day of that month, UK time. Entries received outside those times are held over to the following month's draw.

The Prize

One winner each month receives the cacao bundle named on the sign-up window for that month. The prize is as described there and cannot be exchanged for cash or for another product. The prize is not transferable.

The promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the named bundle becomes unavailable. Delivery is within the United Kingdom and is arranged at the promoter's cost.

How the Winner Is Chosen

The winner is selected at random from all valid entries received during the entry period, within seven days of the draw closing. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner is contacted by email at the address used to enter, within seven days of selection. If the winner does not reply within fourteen days, the promoter may draw another winner in their place.

The name of the county of the winner is available on request by email for one month after the draw closes.

The 10% Discount

The 10% discount offered alongside the draw is separate from it and is not a prize. It applies to a first order placed through this website, is limited to one use per customer, and cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers. The promoter may withdraw or change the code at any time, and it does not apply to gift cards.

Your Information

Entering the draw means the promoter holds your name and email address in order to run it and to send you the newsletter you signed up for. Your details are never sold or passed to anyone else for marketing.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email, and this does not remove you from a draw you have already entered. For full detail on how your information is handled, see the Privacy Policy.

General

The promoter may cancel or amend a draw, or these terms, where it is necessary to do so for reasons outside her reasonable control. Any change will be published on this page.

Entering the draw means you accept these terms. This draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or any other social network.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
