Reiki is a form of energy healing rooted in Japanese tradition. Practitioners channel universal life force energy through light hand placements on or above the body, helping to clear blockages and restore energetic balance. While the mechanism is not fully explained by science, the deeply relaxed state it produces has measurable physiological benefits.
Simply lie down, close your eyes, and breathe. You do not need to concentrate, visualise, or do anything at all. The practice works whether or not you are sceptical.
Experiences vary. Many people feel warmth, tingling, or a gentle floating sensation. Some experience emotional release or vivid imagery. Others simply feel deeply, profoundly relaxed.
Yes reiki is available as a standalone private session or can be woven into a bespoke experience alongside cacao, sound or yoga.
Sessions run for approximately 60–90 minutes, including a short integration period at the close.
