At the centre is our 500g block of I AM BEING ceremonial grade cacao, handmade on Flores Island, Indonesia and crafted slowly from tree to cup. Rich, smooth and deeply comforting with soft notes of vanilla, warm spice and gentle earthiness.
Alongside the cacao is our handmade ceramic mug, individually crafted in the UK from stoneware, an electric cacao frother for the perfect silky cup and the I AM BEING journal for thoughts, reflections and everyday rituals.

Ceremonial cacao is naturally rich in magnesium, iron and antioxidants and contains theobromine, a naturally occurring compound known for supporting a calmer, more sustained sense of energy without the sharp spikes often associated with coffee.
It also contains naturally occurring compounds including anandamide and PEA, which are often linked to mood, focus and feelings of wellbeing.
Many people drink ceremonial cacao as part of their daily ritual to support presence, clarity, creativity and a deeper sense of calm connection throughout the day.
Because ceremonial cacao is minimally processed, more of the cacao bean's natural nutrients, oils and active compounds are preserved — creating a richer and more complete experience in both flavour and function.

How to prepare
your cup, made slowly

Using a sharp knife, gently chop your cacao into smaller pieces. It does not need to be perfect, just enough to help it melt smoothly.

For ceremonies or slower moments of connection, whether shared with others or enjoyed alone.
- i. Add your preferred dosage to your favourite cup.
- ii. Pour over a small amount of hot, not boiling, water.
- iii. Blend until smooth and velvety.
- iv. Top up with more hot water or your favourite plant-based milk.
- v. Finish with honey, cinnamon or a pinch of cayenne, if you like.

- iii. Pour in a splash of plant-based milk and secure the lid.
- iv. When you’re ready, top up with hot, not boiling, water.
- v. Blend until smooth and velvety.

- iii. Warm gently over a low heat, keeping it below boiling.
- iv. Whisk continuously as the cacao melts until smooth and velvety.
- v. Finish with honey, cinnamon or a pinch of cayenne, if you like.
