Returns & Refunds

Last updated: 15 May 2026

Physical Products — Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for physical goods within 14 days of the day you receive them, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@iambeing.co.uk with your order number and a note that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In their original, undamaged packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. We will also refund standard outbound delivery costs; premium delivery upgrades are not refunded.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please take clear photos of the damage and send them with your order number to hello@iambeing.co.uk. We aim to respond within 48 hours and will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

Perishable and Opened Goods

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of cacao or other consumable products once they have been opened, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Classes, Ceremonies and Events

Class and event bookings are managed through our booking platform. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Group sessions — more than 7 days before the session: Your booking is non-refundable but may be rescheduled to a future date. We do not offer cash refunds for classes.
  • Group sessions — within 7 days of the session: The booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. You are welcome to send someone in your place if you notify us in advance.
  • Private sessions — more than 72 hours before the session: Your booking is non-refundable but may be rescheduled.
  • Private sessions — within 72 hours of the session: The booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Non-attendance without notice: Non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
  • Late arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is offered. Arrivals after this point may not be admitted, out of respect for other participants.
  • Transfers: Where possible, bookings may be transferred to another date with at least 72 hours' notice. Please contact us to arrange.

If we cancel a class or event, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days, or a credit note if you prefer.

Practitioner Training

The Cacao Practitioner Course is completely non-refundable once a place has been confirmed. Please ensure you are able to commit to the programme before booking.

If we postpone or cancel a training programme, all participants will be offered a full refund or a free transfer to the next available cohort.

Digital Products

Digital products — including recordings, meditations, downloadable resources, and any digital content — are non-refundable once accessed or delivered. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct item before completing your order.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you believe a gift card was purchased in error, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to help.
