Shipping Policy

Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 working days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed on the next working day.
During busy periods — such as new product launches, holidays, or seasonal sales — processing times may increase beyond this. We will notify you if there is an unexpected delay with your order. If you need your order sooner, please contact us at hello@iambeing.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. They are provided by our courier and are not guaranteed.
International Delivery
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Available countries and delivery costs are shown at checkout when you enter your delivery address.
International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processes. We dispatch all international orders via tracked services.
Customs and import duties: International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We are unable to predict what charges may apply — please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
Tracking Your Order
Where a tracked service is used, you will receive tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery with the relevant courier.
If you have not received tracking information or your tracking is not updating after 5 business days, please contact us at hello@iambeing.co.uk.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. Please follow these instructions promptly — uncollected parcels may be returned to us.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you. Re-delivery will incur an additional shipping charge.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to amend addresses after an order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please take clear photos before opening and email them to hello@iambeing.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
If your tracked order has not arrived within 10 business days of the dispatch date (UK) or 21 business days (international), please contact us and we will investigate with the courier. We are unable to action claims for lost parcels until these timeframes have passed.
Subscriptions
If you have subscribed to a recurring cacao order, your subscription will be dispatched automatically at the frequency you selected. You will receive an email notification before each dispatch. Subscription orders are subject to the same delivery timelines as standard orders.
